Since 1956, Dale of Norway has been outfitting the national Norwegian ski team with official sweaters for all Winter Olympic Games and World Championships. Dale of Norway was later chosen to design the official sweaters for the Winter Olympic Games through the International Olympic Committee (IOC), with the rights to use the Olympic rings. This made the Dale of Norway brand world famous.

Dale of Norway developed the first ski sweater for the Norwegian national team in 1956 and has collaborated closely with the team for every Winter Olympic game and World Championship ever since. It is important that the team members are comfortable in their sweaters as they move from the slopes to press conferences and official events – and our development teams works hard every year to perfect the Dale of Norway ski sweater.
