Shipping and Returns
Shipping Information
We charge a flat shipping fee of 12 USD for all orders shipped outside Norway.
We use DHL Express for international deliveries.
We aim to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your package is on its way, DHL Express typically delivers within 1-4 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
Shipping & Taxes to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States with a total merchandise value under $800 typically do not incur U.S. import taxes or duties. This $800 threshold is referred to as the U.S. Customs “de minimis” limit. If your order exceeds $800, you may be charged import taxes, duties, or additional customs clearance fees by U.S. Customs.
These charges are determined and collected by U.S. Customs, not by us, and are therefore non-refundable in the event of a return. To learn more about import regulations, visit the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.
Payments & Refund policy
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Klarna.
Returns & Refunds:
- Full Order Return: If you return your entire order, we will refund both the cost of the items and the original shipping cost.
- Partial Return: If you return only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) only. The shipping cost will not be refunded in this case.

Ordered the Wrong Size or Color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item(s) to us for a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired size or color.
Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or use beyond trying them on. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
How Do I Return My Product(s)?
If you change your mind, you can return your product within 30 days of shipment. Returns are only accepted via our online return process, which ensures a free return of your product.
How to Initiate a Return:

Start Your Return:
- Use the link "Register a return from this order" in your order confirmation email.
- If you can’t find the confirmation email, you can still access the online return process by creating a customer account using the same email address you used for your purchase.

Log In and Select Your Order:
- If you already have a customer account, simply log in and navigate to your order.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return form with your details.

Prepare Your Return Package:
- Once you complete the return form, we will send you a return confirmation email.
- Print the pre-paid return label and the waybill attached to the email.
- You can reuse the original packaging. Make sure to properly seal the package and stick the pre-paid return label on the outside. If you are using the original box, ensure that the old shipping label is covered.
- Important: If you do not use the pre-paid return label and choose a different courier than DHL, the return will be at your own expense and risk.

Send Your Return:
- Drop off your package at a DHL delivery point or arrange a DHL pickup. Details on how to do this will be included in the return confirmation email.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund according to our Refund Policy.
If you haven’t received your return label within a day, even after checking your spam or junk folder, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of shipment. To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following requirements:
- All original tags must be attached.
- The items must be in their original packaging.
- The items must show no signs of wear, use, washing, or alterations, other than trying them on for fit.
Once we receive your return and inspect the items to ensure they meet these conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund process
Once we have inspected and accepted your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, including the original shipment cost if the entire order is returned. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you made your purchase with PayPal or Klarna, the refund will be processed directly by them. You may receive an email from PayPal or Klarna requesting any additional information needed to complete the refund.
If you are returning only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the returned items only. The original shipment cost will not be refunded in this case.
